Ryan Bear - P/H/F/S&A

Graduate of UC Florida 2003, Ryan was drafted in 2003 by the Florida Marlins. He was a 2005 Florida State League All-Star, and a 2008 All-Star in Bridgeport Connecticut. Ryan was awarded the Ed Hales award in 2007 by the Carolina Mudcats for dedication and commitment to the community. 

Russ Burroughs - P/H/F/S&A

Russ is the Head Coach for the Edenton Steamers in the Coastal Plain League (CPL) one of the premier collegiate summer leagues. With the Steamers, Russ works with top talent from all over the country. In his two seasons as head coach, the Steamers had 6 players drafted, 4 representatives in the College World Series, and 10 CPL All-Stars. In 2019, the Steamers finished in the Top3 in every offensive category. In 2018, Steamers pitchers led the league in strikeouts and set a new franchise record. Prior to be named head coach, Russ was the pitching coach and worked with 4 pitchers taken in the 2018 draft.

Russ played and graduated from Lipscomb University. He also played four years of professional ball, including one season internationally. He was a relief pitcher and designated hitter.

Mark Lamm - P/H/F

Mark was a 5-year letter winner at Vanderbilt University where he pitched in a multitude of roles. After the 2011 Vandy CWS campaign, Mark was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 6th round. Since then, Mark has been selected to participate in the Braves Future Stars Game twice and was a AA Southern League All-Star in 2013. Mark brings a wide-range of knowledge to those looking to become better pitchers both mentally and physically. 

Patrick Duester - P/H/F

Patrick signed with the LA Dodgers in 2016 as a free agent. He played for the Ogden Raptors and Great Lakes Loons, with a 7-5 record and a 3.93 ERA.

Patrick is a Tulane University graduate where he majored in Health and Wellness. He was a starter and a reliever on the Green Wave 2016 Conference Championship team.

During his career, Patrick has also played first base and third base. Patrick looks forward to teaching all aspects of the game, and sharing his passion to help players reach their potential.

Erich Butler - P/H/F

Since finishing his playing career with Corpus Christi in 1994 and the Moose Jaw Diamond Dogs of the CBL in 1995, Erich has coached and taught the game in the Nashville area to players of all ages and abilities. Dedication to the game and teaching it are his passion.

Matt Price - P/H/F

Matt played college ball at Pepperdine and Cal Baptist. He played a year in the SCBL for the Rock Hill Sox in Rock Hill, SC and one season for the Pomona Diablos in Southern California. Matt was also an assistant coach for the CPA middle school team for two years. He brings not only knowledge of the game, but also a passion for teaching it. 

Pam Fowler - P/H/F/C

Pam was an All-Star pitcher and short-stop for the University of Iowa.
Nick Highberger - P/H/F

Nick played college ball at Creighton University where he compiled a 12-3 record in 108 appearances with a 2.84 ERA. He was drafted by the Oakland Athletics, and will begin his 4th season with the organization in Spring 2020.
Heath Comerford - H/F/S&A

Heath is a graduate of Tusculum College where he lettered in baseball four times. He still has top 3 rankings in many offensive and defensive categories there. He has coached players of all ages over the years and looks forward to working with players of all skill levels at NBA.
Burgess Rye - H/F

Burgess is a baseball lifer who has coached high school-aged players for the last several years, and is currently the Head Coach of Lipscomb Academy's Middle School team. He looks forward to helping develop the next generation of baseball players in Nashville.
